Considering how many homes we looked at and said "no' Rob remained positive and reinforced over and over again that we needed to ensure our choice worked for us. The sale of my house turned out to be more complicated than the average sale, and Rob went above and beyond to negotiate with the buyer. He also was great at reducing my anxiety as we worked through the process. He actually listened to what I had to say, unlike some agents who dismiss the seller's concerns.

Rob made it a point to have follow up communication with the buyer's attorney, since they were not as forthcoming as they should have been with a potential paperwork snag.

Note: I answered 2-4 weeks to the question how long it took my home to sell because that was the total time from coming soon to closing. The house was in an active status for only 2 days before it went under contract.

Rob is fantastic! We were first time homebuyers so definitely required a little extra help and educating. I can't say enough good things about Rob.
